It took 3 employees to "help" me. 1 told me what I wanted was down isle 5 but "I don't know where " WOULDN'T help me find it. 2nd employee was saying "I'm tired, I get off in 30 min " Finally a 3rd employee actually helped me find what I wanted. Talk about poor customer service. I hope they don't want 15 an hr

Working all over the St Louis area, there is a Home Depot near every job best products best prices not too big or small Home Depot just works better than any other. I gave them four stars because we all need room to grow.
Needed a new thermostat for my house. Got wrong one -returned with no problems. Searched for the right one - none on shelf. Was getting rady to go to another store when an employee Rick - I think - climbed the ladder and got a box of the correct ones. Excellent customer service.
Delivery at 0600 10min early employees started showing up at 0615. And they complain deliveries are never on time. Store hours need updated won't even answer the phone at 0630. Management is lacking here.
