Richard was super helpful and super nice! My fiancé got my engagement ring from there as well as my wedding band! My wedding band was more than half the cost as if I was to purchase it from Kay jewelers or Macy's! Would definitely recommend
My husband and I visited The Jewelry Exchange when we were looking to replace my original wedding ring. I have seen the commercials so many times- and I went online to check out their prices. I was seriously skeptic. The prices were way too low- especially for the color and clarity they were offering. SO - I had to go see what's up. With the help of our sales lady we made a custom ring that day. She was very knowledgeable about the stones and knew exactly what would look good in the setting and on my hand. The ring had to be sent off to be made, but was back within 7 days. It is more stunning than I ever could have imagined. We will ONLY shop at The Jewelry Exchange in the future. Oh- I don't know how they made the place look so huge in the commercials, because it's not. Kinda has like a pawn shop vibe at first, then you get in there and see what's going on- jewelers working, the giant safe, all of the gorgeous colored gem stones and settings. I was impressed beyond words. They made me the most beautiful ring I have ever seen.
Nice place. They have a limited collection but offer the best prices and service. It's a little hard to find the place unless you have your maps on
My fiance proposed in April 3 days before our wedding I noticed an accent diamond was missing from my ring.. freaking out I called them and they told me they would have it fixed by the day of the wedding.- I have since had that same diamond fall out AGAIN and another one next to it fall out. Keep in mind I work on a computer all day and remove it when doing anything such as dishes. I am very disappointed in the quality of my ring and even more the "warranty" on it. So my rating of this company has drastically decreased from 5 to 1.
The Jewelry Exchange is a joke. Men need to be aware and fully understand that they have no choice to return an item if their significant other does not like it. They are throwing away money!!! Go to a reputable company if you want to spend money on jewelry. These people are con artists!!
