Very poor experience. I was told different things by different people. The field rep gave me a terrible estimate for my move, as he overestimated the weight of my items by 20 percent. Because of him, I was locked into a higher rate, so I overpaid by a lot. He also told me that I wouldn't pay anything until after my items were delivered to my new address. However, the company refused to pick up my items until I had paid in full.
I requested a simple invoice, but the company refused to give me an invoice, even though I had already paid for the entire move! How absurd. They said that I would have to wait until my items were delivered. What kind of company refuses to give you an invoice? It has now been more than a week since my items were delivered and I am still waiting for my invoice.
Since my move was long distance, the company passed me off to another amateur operation in my geographic area. The representative there got my address wrong three times (I corrected her each time), including on the day of my move, which resulted in more delays.
Totally unprofessional and incompetent operation.
