Stuff gets damaged when you move, but not like this. Almost everything they touched has some form of damage. My 1 day local move took 3 days, and it took another 3 days to have all of their garbage out of my garage. Federal Gateway has a chance to make this right, and improve the review based on how they respond to claims and what kind of hours they charge.

I'm not sure where to begin with this organization. I worked with Gail Bishop at Federal to have my household items moved from St. Louis to Seattle as I was moving for a job I accepted. My items were picked up at my residence in St. Louis at the beginning of June. I was told that they would be delivered between the 18th and 21st of June in Seattle. I booked a flight to Seattle to make sure I arrived prior to the goods being delivered, only to find out once in Seattle that my goods wouldn't be there for another 3 weeks, and that they were still in St. Louis. I was not notified of this prior to my departure. I was compensated for my flight, however I went an entire month without all of my items, and lived out of a suitcase with just a few belongings as I had anticipated having my goods by the 18th - 21st. Once my items did arrive in Seattle, 90% of my furniture was either damaged or broken. Now this organization is low balling me, and offering me an "appearance allowance" for a brand new couch that I purchased in April of 2014. This is by far the most unethical and unprofessional organization I have ever worked with. The customer service was completely horrendous, and I would never reccomend them to anyone as they lack all forms of integrity and respect.

I'll say publicly that they tried hard, Tony in particular, but I just can't ignore the damage and the poor coordination. The ball is in your court Federal Gateway.

Good afternoon. Our experience with your company was very professional and well received. The driver was Ted Harper who with his helpers handled our furniture very carefully and timely. He was in touch with us to lets us know when our stuff would arrive. All in all, a professional job well done. Thanks, Jim and Denise Schott.

Worked here for a short time, co workers are good but the office help wasn't the easiest to deal with
